Financeable is a broker-first platform developed to help brokers put together a finance application as quickly and efficiently as possible. Then to lodge an application directly to a lender with just a click.
Who is Financeable for?
Financeable is designed for brokers, aggregators and lenders.
What types of finance can I use Financeable for?
We currently cater to commercial asset finance, consumer asset finance, commercial unsecured and consumer unsecured.
Do you charge any commission?
No. We don’t charge any commission on the deals you settle. We only charge a fixed monthly subscription fee to use the platform.
How much does your 3rd party services like Equifax, illion, ASIC, PPSR, etc… cost?
Financeable is able to get some of the best pricing for these services and we pass on those great rates to our users. In some cases, users are paying up to 50% less than when they accessed those services directly.
Do I have to use Financeable’s access to 3rd party services? Or can I use my own accounts?
You don’t have to use Financeable’s 3rd party services. Users are welcome to use their own accounts for these services. However, Financeable’s integrations are built into the platform and the data you get is automatically populated to the application. Which means if you use your own, you will have to manually input or upload the data to the application form.
Do I need to be a member of an aggregator to use Financeable?
No. If you’re an accredited broker, you can use Financeable regardless of whether you’re a member of an aggregator.
Can I only use Financeable with specific aggregators?
No. Financeable is independent of aggregators and we are aggregator agnostic. So it doesn’t matter which aggregator you’re with, you can use Financeable.
How does Financeable’s lender rates and quoting work?
We work closely with lenders to analyse and catalogue their criteria and policy as they’re released. We’ve developed an algorithm that matches the details of your customer’s profile as you complete the application to the lender’s product in real time. So you can see what rates they can get and how they qualify for them without having to shuffle through rate cards.
Who owns the data?
You own your data. You can choose to download or delete all of your data at any time by written request.
Does Financeable sell or use my data to market and sell to my customers?
No. Financeable does not sell your data or use it to market and sell finance to your customers. Financeable may use anonymised, generic data such as purchase price or asset type for analytics and providing insights to you, and for reporting purposes.
